House of Nepal is based in Sydney, Australia. We fulfil the orders from Sydney. Shipping rates are visible during the checkout.

As soon as the payment is cleared the order is shipped within 24 hours, on weekdays.

If express shipping is unavailable, please contact us so we can arrange it for you.

• Every order is shipped with the tracking details. Information regarding the tracking will be emailed to you once the item has been shipped. Please check all the spam and junk folders too.
• More than 95% of the deliveries complete within the estimated timeframe. Please keep an eye on the tracking email for the real-time update. If it is safe, our delivery partners might leave the parcel in a safe place. If they miss you, they will leave the card or email/message you for the next steps.
• If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven't received the item, you can lodge the investigation from our courier's website as well. Most of the late deliveries are completed after two days of the initial estimated day.
