It’s easy and free! Just create an account on our website, and you’ll automatically be enrolled. You’ll even get 200 points instantly for signing up online — redeemable on your first purchase. You'll start earning points immediately after your first purchase.
How do I earn points?
For every dollar you spend, you’ll earn 1 point — both online and in-store (excluding shipping and taxes).You can also earn bonus points through seasonal promotions, special offers, and by purchasing selected items. Stay updated with our newsletters for more opportunities to earn.
How can I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points directly at checkout, both online and in-store. Apply your points toward discounts, exclusive rewards, or special offers. Just select how many points you'd like to use and apply them during checkout — it’s that easy!
Do my points expire?
Points are valid for 24 months from the date they were earned.
Are there different levels of membership? What are the benefits at each level?
Yes, the House of Nepal Loyalty Program has three tiers based on your 24-month spending: Member (free to join), Admirer (unlocked after spending $200), and VIP (unlocked after spending $600). As you move up, you unlock more rewards. Members earn points on every purchase, plus bonuses for birthdays and referrals. Admirers enjoy all Member benefits, along with free shipping on orders over $100 and early access to sales. VIPs receive the highest perks — free shipping on all orders, faster point earning, exclusive gifts, and priority access to new collections.
Can I earn points on sale items?
Yes, you’ll earn points on most sale items — just like regular-priced purchases. However, super clearance items discounted by 70% or more are excluded from point earning. All other eligible purchases earn 1 point per $1 spent, excluding taxes and shipping.
Can I use my points on sale items?
Yes! Points can be redeemed on both regular and sale-priced items unless otherwise specified.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
If you return an item, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your loyalty balance. If you used points to pay for the item, those redeemed points will be refunded to your account once the return is processed.
How do I check my points and tier status?
Simply log in to your account and visit the Loyalty Dashboard to view your point balance, tier status, and available rewards.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, loyalty points are non-transferable and are linked to your personal account. They cannot be gifted, shared, or combined with another member's points.
How does the referral program work?
When you refer a friend to House of Nepal, they receive 10% off their first order over $100. Once they make a successful purchase, you’ll earn referral points based on your tier: 100 points as a Member, 200 as an Admirer, and 300 as a VIP. There’s no limit — refer as many friends as you like and keep earning!
