ONLINE SHOPPING RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase!
We understand online shopping can be tricky, so we offer flexible return options for online orders only. Here’s how returns work:

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original condition

  • Original tags and order confirmation required

  • Exclusions: Jewelry, Accessories, Home Decor, Gift Cards & Clearance Items (70% or more)

Return Options:

  • Store Credit: Free returns for store credit.
  • Refund: A 10% restocking fee applies to refunds.

How to Return:

  1. Contact Us: You can request a return directly or email us at hello@houseofnepal.com.au to start the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return might not be accepted.
  2. Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship the package to the specified address.

Important Notes:

  • All items insured for loss and damage in transit.
  • Shipping Costs: Initial shipping costs are non refundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs. If you have received the item with free shipping, we will pass along the delivery costs to you.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Handmade Items: Please note that handmade items may vary slightly in size, color, and weight.

European Union 14-day cooling off period


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
